Create a ''time-limited'' web page

I require someone to help me develop a time-limited webpage in either Joomla, WordPress, or HTML/PHP I want to be able to put up on the Internet an audio webinar for several hours on a certain date. For example the audio webinar will be available from 9 AM until 12 PM (Greenwich mean Time) After 12PM that particular page will no longer be available and will be locked/unavailable. your program/script must be able to be programmable so that I can program what date and time I want a particular page to be displayed. Ideally people who can access this page must be a member of my site and will be given special access code. I hope I am making sense with my request. Please only correspond with me if you have experience or know how to create a webpage that will only be available for a selected period of time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
