We have a single individual page mockup for a web application project. We need someone who can convert it into well-formed, re-usable XHTML+CSS. The mockup is graphical only, but is complete and the HTML should render to match it.
The site is not complicated, although it is graphics-heavy. Part of this work will entail converting and slicing the page image into production-ready optimized images, but most of it will be implementing the site layout in a standards-compliant way.
An image of the page (blurred to obfuscate confidential information) can be found attached to this post.
The page contains:
a graphical top nav bar which contains 4 links and a search form
a graphical tabbed inner nav section with 4 horizontal links and 2 vertical links. Tabs contain a combination of images and text.
a footer which is text-based and contains 6 links
an inner summary section, which contains two graphical headers and 8 lines of text
two photo viewers, with "photo frame"-style backgrounds with paperclip images that should be implemented in CSS separate of the photo (so that any photo could be plugged in and still retain the frame/paperclip style)
two graphical links at the bottom of the page
**The work must be completed by 12pm central standard time on Friday, December 15**
If your bid is accepted, you will be required to sign a 1-way non-disclosure agreement before receiving the detailed mockup.
