Convert PSD template into XHTML/CSS for Wordpress

Instructions: 1) Convert the attached PSD file into a fully functional template for Wordpress. - Please note the header section is completely flash - The 'page' links, on the sidebar, have a hover state. I also want ONLY selected pages to show on the sidebar, not all. 2) I also want one HTML page for use, outside of the Wordpress blog software. 3) Install 4 plugins and test then (if you know of better plugins that get the job done, use those instead) plugins are included: - Forum - Guestbook - Newsletter (not attached) - Calendar 4) Set up 9 Wordpress "pages" - no need to add content, just leave blank. - Home - About - Interact - Ministries - Calendar (add the 'calendar' plugin here) - Contact - Donate - Forum (add the 'forum' plugin here) - Guestbook (add the 'guestbook' plugin here) 5) For the blog, set up 3 blog "categories" - General - Sermons - Events ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
