Completed website needing cross browser compliance and mobile platforms.(repost)

I am looking to get my website and videos to work on the majority of browsers and mobile platforms. I realize that getting the sites to work on 100% of all browsers and mobile phones would be a big task. In reality, I am looking for the site to work with the top 90% of browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, IE and Safari and with the latest versions. I need the videos to work properly as well. Right now they are flash videos and having issues with getting these videos playing in the non-flash browsers and I will need those to work in those browsers as well. Again, I am looking to have the site and videos working with 90% of the mobile browsers such as Android, opera, Nokia, iphone, blackberry and ipod touch with the latest versions. I would like to get the sites wc3 compliant as well. ## Deliverables Additional information: There are actually 2 sites on the same domain. Both sites would apply to this project. The sites are as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] To keep the cost down, I am willing to create and upload the videos in different formats such as .mp4, webm and ogv if need be. I realize this is a very time consuming process and would prefer to upload to the server. I would prefer to use the latest html5 video technology if possible unless there is something else that would work. The sites were built using standard html/ css coding. The best way to send files would be to use dropbox. I would initially set up a folder with all of the files and folders and then you would have access to the html files to work on either in dreaweaver or some other software. When you were complete with the files, Then I would be able to upload via ftp. I would like to get feedback on how you work and what i can do to keep your cost down.
