Community site

Community site that will allow members to sign up and manage their profile, send / receive messages, upload pictures, see and submit ratings on a number of things, like pictures. A subscription charge can be paid which will allow more pictures to be uploaded and other things. We have an already existing site which we'd like to mirror, so you can see all the functionality that it offers and basically replicate it. We'll also want to add some of our own extra stuff, but this can come after. The site will be PHP/MySQL based, CSS/XHTML based with the possibility of some flash for the menus, but this is not required as it can be non flash. It's a gaming based site, which will be geared towards XBOX Live, but it should be possible to addin a section for people that play PC games online also, as well as for other new platforms that will support online game playing. For the payment side, it will just need to talk to worldpay and accept the talkback from WP.
