Code to change link destination

see? <[login to view URL]> I want to change the destination of the link under "ready to bid or buy" and substitute with my own destination code. Currently it takes you thought to [login to view URL] where our products are not available. We sell on ebay uk , and thus the link takes customers back to where our products are not available. There is no way to change the link to? <[login to view URL]>. This goes from the "find answers" on the ebay ask question page. There is nowhere we can put HTML on the page. I am looking for any bright ideas baout how to do this. There is no banner at the footer allowed nor anything else.
