Our website (community site) currently has a simple structured layout that we are not satisfied with. The visual result is pleasing but the underlying code structure and styling is very non-flexible and bloated.
We need a new, fresh design ( or customize the current PSD) with CSS/XTHML codes.
It is great important the new design reflect the site concept.

**Deliverables**
What we needs is XHTML and CSS to comply with our new requirements.
• a new design concept for the site ( see the attached file - the layouts)
• A special-case page that will be used as a frontpage for the site
• A form template that will be used when generating forms
• different content layouts - 10 pages + form
• Stylesheet(s) to accomplish the above
**
Steps**
***1. Analysis***
Understandthe concept to design
***2. Prototype***
Based on the analysis, the designer will then create a prototype. The prototype can basically be images or sketches of the site or maybe some simple CSS and XHTML to illustrate it.
***
3. Coding***
When the prototype is approved, the developer can start implementing it incrementally according to the deliverables. During coding, as mentioned earlier, the designer will work closely with the project leader to assure good code quality.
**Designer**
It is very important that the designer understands the concepts of web standards. Concepts like “separation of content from formatting?? and understanding the meaning of XHTML elements is vital. For CSS we want a flexible style sheet with good use of classes and ids. Knowing when to rely on context of elements rather than over-using classes and ids is also very important as to not clutter the stylesheet and allow for better flexibility. The designer will work in close contact with the project leader to make sure we recieve a good code quality.
Any Designer who want to show their interest for this project you need to upload an example of your xhtml CSS codes.!!!!!
