Basic Real Estate Web Site

I am looking for a website that users will come to looking for housing/off campus apartments. I need a waiting list section where users can sign up listing their basic information, as well as # of bedrooms, location, features of the apartment, etc. For each type of place there would be its own waiting list. So for a studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, they would all have their own waiting list. The list would be viewable on the website by just their first name and last initial for privacy issues. I would also need a section for available properties, which will just be a database that displays our current properties for rent. I would need a raffle page/section. For everyone that signs up and uses a legit email (verification), they will be added to the waitlist, and given 5 tickets. If they refer someone, they get an additional 5 tickets, and if they rent an apartment through me, they will get 100 tickets. ? The details arent set, but that feature would be needed.? I need a featured properties section where it shows some of our units we own, with just a couple pictures and details.? Its basically just a text website, with some databases.? ## Deliverables When the user first comes to the site I want them to see the following: Header 5 Buttons: Home | Available Properties | Waiting List | Raffle | About On the main Home page, There should be a featured properties section with a couple of pictures and a link that says see more which will bring up a box of a bunch of pictures.? There should be a section for Currently Available properties with a couple of pictures and information, with a link to the Available Properties page. There should be a a picture of a big flatscreen ticket that says win this! With a click here for details link which will send them to the Raffle page. On the Available Properties page, there should be a list of all of the available properties sortable through the database by location, size, availability, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.? Once the user searches, a list of pictures/descriptions come up. On the Waiting List page, There will be 6 waiting lists. One for studios, 1 beds, 2 beds, 3 beds, 4 beds, 5+ beds. This will simply be a form where users fill out and put their names on the list they want. Information required would be first name, last name, email, phone, desired location.? This form will track IP so that I can see if same person is signing up, as well as email verification if possible. Once their verified their name will be added to the list? On the Raffle Page, a picture of the prize, plus a description of the raffle. Then below there will be a sign up for the waiting list section where it will give them 5 tickets for signing up. On the raffle page I want a leaderboard of who has most tickets. A user can get more tickets by referring people. So each person will have a referral ID when they are added to the waiting list. The about page will simply be text that will describe the company, my self, and the idea.
