Back end coding needed to make design go live!

Graphic designer with no back-end web skills needs to have my pre-designed web pages for small corporate event business to be made "live" and functional...some Flash,-navigation. Design is underway and close to being complete. Some Flash required...and some rollovers with sound. Want to incorporate sound track for opening page (will provide specific mpeg file) . Have extremely low budget (but most of the work is already done in an organized fashion). Site design is very simple; but it is only my second or third attempt at designing the "front end" of sites, so need a little guidance back & forth. I will be sending Adobe Illustrator layouts to the coder. Need someone that can recommend best way to program site, needs to load fast and be very searchable/SEO enhanced. Will need to have a booking function (pulldown menus to choose from?) on site and will need to build in some type of ecommerce for booking events; need advice on this (IPN? shopping cart?) and Paypal functionality built in (i.e. clients can pay with credit card for services). Good coder communication is very important as I do not have a lot of web experience but as a designer myself have specific style this site needs to have. Coder that understands design is preferred. Would like some good suggestions for "cool" motion/Flash on the logo flash intro page, like parts of the logo sequencing, spinning and "zooming" into place etc. Will be registereing domain & hosting on godaddy.com. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to work on Mac OSX platform, I work on a Mac. However most endusers will be on PC's
