ASP.NET XML Project

Hi, I am looking for a ASP.NET XML Coder who can help me in coding. The details of projects are:- The project is on ASP.NET and XML. Possibly we will be using Visual Studio .NET 2005 and SQL Server 2005 or 2003. I will give you the parameter thru an ASP form and you have to write these parameters into an XML file and we have to send this XML file thru HTTPS request to the server and server will send us the results in a XML file which we have to store on local database. I need it immediately. Price we will discuss further but price will be no bar. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
