Design, configuration & programming - Wordpress WPML and Events Manager plugins

I need some different things done on my site makeplansin.com. Some of them are big and some are small. The most important things for this task are number 1, 2 and 3 - these 3 have to be made in this project. I will focus on skills, price and references when I choose a freelancer. Make your bid. -------------------------------------------------------- I have just cancelled this project with a freelancer and he didn't even make task 1 after about 1½ month. Everything should have been done in 10 days and it was him who suggested the 10 days. So please only bid if you can make this task and if you can make it on time. When I choose a freelancer, I want deadlines for each tasks and each task has to be done on time. So give me a deadline that you can stick too :) I only want freelancers, who make everything by themself - so don't outsource anything in this task. The last freelancer made some of the design. That means that I have the design pictures, but the design isn't implemented totally.
