Customize Nuzi WP Theme

I have Nuzi theme installed and customized a bit for chat site. need any link on homepage to open in a new page,because its a flash chat site and dont need people to leave the chat when they click on any link. Links include the menus and and link that comes from a widget on homepage only, any other page other than index/home page need to function normally. Also currently the drop down menu is hiding behind the flash chat in Internet Explorer while it works fine on other browser so i need that fixed [login to view URL] only pay upon completion. can check the current site thats under construction at chatarabs . com/blog if you dont know how to do the job DO Not Bid please.
