Custom Build Wordpress Template

I have a need for a skilled programmer to build me a Custom Wordpress template. I have the design made in Illustrator and JPG of the design is attached, but bare in mind it is not finished yet. Subpages have to be designed and position of the logo and FB link is yet to be determined. Otherwise this is it. Not complicated but there are few specialities. Here are the details: - website in three languages (language plug-in), main language is Slovenian, but Dashboard and all the functions can be in English (it is even required) - calendar (calendar plug-in) that is connected to the website design, check the attached design - has to work in the latest stable version of Wordpress - connected to FB account Programmer will upload the site to the server (Bluehost) and make it work but I will upload all the texts, pictures, translations. You don't have to loose time with this. I am familiar to Wordpress, but if you know a better way to build this website, please let me know, I am open for new ideas.
