Create taxonomies and queries!

Hi, I am running a Wordpress blog and i want some modifications on it! The blog has to do with presenting to users and visitors all the sweepstakes on internet and facebook. So as a company runs a sweepstake they submit a form (with Quform plugin) and the submitted data automatically go to a new post draft into the respectively custom fields that i use (with Advanced Custom Fields plugin). All is good until here. The Advanced Custom Fields has an option for each of the custom fields and i want to use the taxonomy option. But after choosing this the system that i have done with the autoinput custom fields doesn't work. That i want you to do is to fix this and give a category link for the taxonomy. Also after this i want to you to create an archive and use a query for some custom fields. Also i want to create a query and order the posts by the date that i use in the custom fields.
