Convert PSD file to Wordpress template

This is a PSD to Wordpress conversion. I can provide JPEG screens of each page, for a small 4-page Wordpress site with a home page slider and gallery page (using nextgen gallery). The other pages will just be normal content pages. I've already set up Wordpress and made all configurations, plus added the pages and some posts. I've attached a PDF to show how all pages should look. All text should be HTML, not images, where possible. So the logo in the middle of the top banner can be an image. But (if possible), the other elements such as the text on either side of the main logo, should be text-based and generated by Wordpress. The main home page slider image should be generated from a slider image manager, where the Wordpress user can upload images to the slider. These should also have a 'link' field, so each slider image can link to another page. The 4 thumbnails on the home page should be generated from the latest 4 posts and feature images in those posts. They should also link to each respective post. I can provide Wordpress Admin level access and FTP access. Please message if you have any questions.
