C++ Mortgage Software Development

** Relevant Experience and Work Samples Required *** Seeking a small team of developer to help build a new software application for the mortgage industry. Development will be lead by our local software engineer. Software will be a loan processing system. Qualifications: -Demonstrated Experience Coding Windows Applications C/C++, MFC, Visual Studio, SourceSafe -Experience with financial software, data security, web integration, field validation, and software piracy protection a plus. -Demonstrated ability to design usable software interfaces required. -Proven ability to ship software products and lead a project from start to finish required. Basically we want the core loan processing functions only for the first release, not a lot of extra features that the other packages provide. We want a simple, easy to use interface - and the primary user will be loan officers and processors. So a lot of the "reporting" features won't be required. We don't have a spec sheet yet. Basically - we want to take all the major loan forms, and convert them into electronic format. And make it easy for the processors to input data with validation and a good UI. The loan data will also interface with banks and credit beareaus. We'll have a lead developer here who will manage the development. We also have a project manager, UI designer/graphic artist, web developer, QA testers, and a technical writer. We are basically looking for an outsourced team to only help with the programming and debugging portion. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
