Company and New Product Logo Design

We need a new logo for our company and a new logo for our product. The new logo will be placed in our web site, and should be designed with the web site template in mind. See [login to view URL] We would like the company logo to have a symbol and then our name, all with a mirrored text effect. We are a software development company. The logo can look like Elixir in [login to view URL] The product logo design must be based on the attached [login to view URL] file. The product is a dental software and the logo will be placed in our web and as an application icon. What we have thought about is a D inside a circle or something else (?) with the bottom left edge of D out of the circle. The product icon should meet the Vista Aero-style Look and feel ([login to view URL]) Both files should be big enough to use them in our product package also. (Width 600 pixels, or 20cm) Smaller versions will be used in our web and software. We will do the conversions. So what we need is 2 big logos, one for our company and one for our product in 2 color variations each The product logo should also be delivered as a 16x16 and 48x48 .ico RGB/A 32 bits The files should be photoshop .psd or fireworks .png. Any fonts used need to be included in the delivery. The logo design should use layers with the ability to change colors easily. The users will be a Dentist or his secretary. The software has to do with dentists, teeth, patients and scheduling.
