Casino Theme Header Graphic

I need a header graphic 700p x 111p that is for a casino themed salespage for an ebook on free casino bonuses. The graphic needs to have a picture of a roulette wheel, a young attractive couple smiling because they won money, Las Vegas skyline, and blackjack hand of cards (Ace & King). The images should be blended together and there must be space for headline text, sub-text, and domain name. Also, the header graphic needs to be easily adaptable to use for the ebook cover. I will need to see samples of similar work before I select winning bidder. The format of the final product must be compatible with adobe photoshop 5.0 limited edition so that I can open the file in photoshop and edit the graphic elements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
