I need to update the existing range of motion program to estimate HJC by a bias compensated least squares estimate method as detailed by Halvorsen et al. 2003 (I will send a pdf of the paper). (a subsequent contract will include using azmith,pitch, and roll. so you can start thinking about that.) I am looking at one week for this deadline and another week for the next contract. Hopefully that shoudl finsih up the program. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
