Automated login at set time

Program will ask for username, password, a time, and url. Will automatically login to site URL? and access? particular links? and retrieve updated pages ach day. The updated pageswill? be saved as a pdf. This is not a site scraper or an rss feed. The project uses a secure login site and it is very slow. I do not like to sit and wait 20 minutes to grab my information.? ? I want this automated and customizable. I want you to lead me here because I am uncertain how this can be accomplished. I travel frequently and need to grab itineraries and invoices receipts from Virtuallythere.com. When I make a reservation an email is sent to me informing me that I have a new itinerary. I am supposed to click a link and then once at the site I choose which link I want to view (such as itinerary, e-invoice, etc.). The problem is that my trips are typically scheduled for emergencies and I usually miss a portion of the itinerary as it disappears after I make my flight. I would like to be able to click a button to log into my email find the email that was just sent (from a specific address). Then I would like for the link to be followed in the email. At the landing page on [login to view URL] I will see my recent travel arrangements broken down throughout several links. I would like all links found to be followed and documents discovered to be turned into a pdf. I have flexibility, if the pdf part seems to be a problem due to licensing issues or complexity. I am willing to take a simple cut-and-paste of each page with the same formatting as the original. I would like each page emailed to me in one file. I am sure this makes things easier but if you can also add an ability for me to click one button and have each page turned into a separate pdf using my Adobe Acrobat full version print driver that is a plus. I know that is easy for me to do but I am looking for ease, speed and automation. I envision after completing the travel arrangement phone call, I click a button in the system tray or desktop to perform the actions. When I am done taking my shower I would like to see the email(s) or pdfs nicely packaged by date or any better idea you come up with. I appreciate your time and help!
