Automated daily scraper

I want to systematically scrape data daily from a horse racing website that posts results data in javascript tables. There are a number of different tables I want scraped systematically (all tracks, all races) to collect the data over a long period of time. I don't care what kind of program is written to scrape the site so long as data is kept in a common format that can later be loaded into a database, and I can run the job locally on my windows based computer.
