Artist Needed to Do Motif Artwork on Regular Basis

Hello, I need an artist who can create Motif designs from Scratch. It should entirely be his work. I do not want someone who uses some else's design and then just modifies it. I need something done from Scratch. No work should be copied in way or form. The artwork will be theme based. Each theme will have 8-10 simple designs. The Target Audience are Kids 8-12yrs old. For example If I were to give someone to draw something on Christmas the artist could draw: 1. Santa Clause stuck on a Chimney 2. Gift Stockings 3. Decorated Christmas tree. 4. Angels. 5. Snowman etc..... A 2nd theme could be Rose, so I will need 8-10 different rose designs. If you have any questions let me know. Please provide samples of your artwork. You can either hand paint the artwork than scan it or do it in digital format (Corel or Photoshop). More Work will be available on regualr basis. Thanks!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform If hand paiting then I will need the files in JPG format. If using Corel Bmp or jpg will do. Photoshop users need to provide vector format. Once your designs are approved and paid for, then you cannot resell the artwork to someone else. All copyrights will belong to me.
