Amlogic Chipset Modification on LCD devices

We want to change startup bios/firm ware images on digital photo frames (amlogic) and cell phone watches. Certain LCD display panels shipped from China display screens at startup which we would like to change. This also takes place on certain watches, such as the M800. We would simply like the ability to change this startup screen permanently. We believe it is saved into the bios or firmware. The LCD Screens we would like to modify use the Amlogic chipset, and the watch /cell phone lcd uses a format we are not familiar with. In this project we would like to be given the software necessary to change these start up screens/images on both the AMlogic photo frames/lcd screens as well as the M800 Cell Phone Watch to whatever image we choose. I am also very open to other options if you have any available to achieve this.
