**Account Sign Up, Part I:
**The restaurant signs up. The form will have the following fields for input:restaurant name,contact_name,company_name,phone_number, fax_number,address,city,state,zip,restaurant_name.
Computer created fields:restaurant_id,signup_date,last_login.
**Account Sign Up, Part II:
**Once that form is done,thank you message and be set up account request. Email sent with welcome message, username and password.
This section will have the following fields: A checkbox for 'same as contact' for name, phone and email or fields for account contact, account contact phone and account contact email. Tax ID, bank account number, bank account routing number
Data checked using PHP, not js. MySQL database with ID number. Use the number of tables that goes well with your style of programming.
**Part III:
**Ability to upload an acceptable size company logo.
**Sign in:
** Create a program that allows the user to sign in to the account using sessions and a cookie. A cookie will be stored on the users’ computer and the default setting will be for the account user to automatically log in once the user arrives at the webpage. There needs to be a record of the last login that is updated each time the user logs in. In the even there is no cookie to log the user in; the user will be prompted to enter the user information. There needs to be the usual web security for the login process and protection passwords. Password recovery based on user name (which is the email). Email sent when any changes are made.
**Account Managemet:
**Ability to modify all data and update by the logged in user.
**Admin Too to see accounts logged in:
**A simple web page that shows the accounts logged in and can provide the info
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
