OVERVIEW The concept behind the site is to create a tipping site that uses odds like a gambling site but not with real money. - Users will create a user for themselves. - A user can then create a competition that allows other users to join. - A user can then make bets against sports and games the site administrator sets up - A single bet can have multiple line items (multiply each line) - Display a ladder for each competition - Need the ability to manage the back end as a site manager This site needs to pull a XML feed every minute to update the odds on the site. All feed details will be provided. NOTE: This site will not be with real money, no payments need so a payment gateway is not needed.
