PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. I am a Nigerian and resident in Nigeria. i want a freelancer to design a simple jewelry online shop for me. The site can be similar to "[login to view URL]" .The site is simple, i do not expect high bids. The shop must be able to accept visa, master, and american express credit cards and credit cards world wide. I am aware that most merchants accounts do not accept Nigeria, so the freelancer would look for a merchant account which accepts Nigerian or a third party account. i am not interested in merchants accounts that may false observation of stolen credit cards and all those stuffs. PLEASE NOTE i would test the site with the american credit card that i have with me before i release payment?milestone. i want the site to the registered as american.
