css / design updates to websites

Existing site that needs the following work done: 1) Test the site across IE7,8,9 , Firefox 3+, Chrome and Safari for css/layout issues and correct them 2) Correct the following User interface issues: 2.1 HOMEPAGE - Create a nicer wrap around background image for the FREE NEWSLETTER. It should wrap just like the "Announcements" and "Connect with us" background images. 2.2 HOMEPAGE - Create a background image for the Latest Tweet content. This should match the suggested background image in the photoshop file. 2.3 ENTIRE SITE - Introduce a vertical and horizontal image divider between sections of website. See photoshop design for examples. 2.4 PHOTOS - Correct minor layout issues with the album title not being aligned. Apply some nice styles to clean up this layout please. 2.5 EVENTS - Correct minor css issue when you hover over anchor <a href=...> tags on this page. 2.6 ENTIRE SITE - The footer has a shadow which is not being applied because the css to get a variable length content section does not work. Click on "Contact" page and scroll down. You'll see the issue that the shadow is not varying in length with the content div. This needs to be fixed across the site. 2.7 TWITTER FEED WIDGET - The alignment on the tweets are a bit off. This should match the suggested design in the photoshop file. 2.8 TWITTER FEED WIDGET - The footer background image is not displaying properly. The css needs to be fixed to match the photoshop file. 2.9 HOMEPAGE ADVERTISEMENT - I would like to apply the design style from the MODULES "PHOTO SLIDER" design in the PSD to this widget. 2.10 HOMEPAGE MENU - I would like to recreate the horizontal menu to match the style with that of bestbuy.com. Let me know if you're comfortable with those changes. 2.11 CONNECT WITH US - Move this into the sidebar widget and remove hardcoding from php files (home, index, page, search). 2.12 UPDATE SPONSORS: I will need you to pull logos of the list of sponsors and place them in the rotating slider on the bottom of the homepage. This will require you to potentially crop/edit photos to match the design style.
