A better looking web site?

Can you make a better looking website for this company? We are looking for the home page (current one shown) and the map catalog page... (outline provided) We are providing considerable support information, including a site map but we are only looking for a design for two pages. hopefully there is enough there for you to make an informed decision. First, for 50% of your bid we would like the 2 page concept and if we decide to go with it, for the remaining 50% you will provide it (2 web pages) completed and ready for our programmers to work with. Other info: The logo, as it appears on the current front web page, is being redesigned and is expected to be completed before the start of this job. The names of the buttons need not change, but after reviewing the complete website outline and information supplied feel free to be creative with those also.
