Development & Design for Job / Project Bidding Website

You should be able also to do such a site much faster as you can only customize few things from your already done project to our requirements. We are OK with already done similar websites from you being used as long as they are modified sufficiently to meet the requirements of the project. This website shall have a bidding functionality for jobs like craftsmen or for projects or services. Website should be similiar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Project Post: The website should have a dedicated custom post type for projects, and provides control panel to edit, publish, pause and delete projects. Website needs payment gateway integration for credit cards, Paypal and details of our bank details for bank wire to our account. The feature which we need for the payment system would be as follows: - customer marks a bidder as winner - the commission entered at pricing settings will be added into bidders project theme account directly when he is marked as winner - we as website operator will send an invoice/reminders to the bidders for commissions which were charged for example every month that they will pay it to our bank account, by credit cards or paypal (with credit cards and paypal the bidder should be able to pay the balance through our website). An automatic E-Mail should be generated to the bidders every month with the invoice. - means it's completely free for the customer to do a project offer request, only the winning bidder pays the commission to us and there's no need to mark projects as completed from both sides, for example if the customer marks a bidder as winner, the project is completed for us as website operator. Customer will discuss the conditions with the bidder directly and customer will also pay the price directly to the bidder who will bill an invoice to the customer after project work was done. It should be same like it works on Ebay where Ebay only works as operator of the website (earning commissions of sales) and payments will be done individually between buyer and seller. It's all within the same country here so most of all work done is charged with sending a bill and we who run the website don't want to be involved in this payment process between the two parties, we just want to charge a commission (no milestones etc.) There should be an escalation function where job/project posters can contact us through their account, mentioning the job/project ID and explaining the issue in case they need to escalate it. We will contact then the bidder to check what happened. Google Support: The website should have Google Maps feature fully integrated so job locations could be seen in the job description. Also Google Analytics should be also supported and fully integrated, we should just paste our tracking code. The website needs to have a good SEO, all sites and all posted projects have to be in Google and Yahoo. The link URL for all jobs/projects should always be the job/project name. Star Rating System: The website should come with a 5 star rating system for the bidders and job poster where the job poster or bidders can rate the bidder/job poster and leave a comment feedback. Each user has his own profile with all their received ratings. Similar to freelancer, or elance rating system. If a rating was not given to the bidder, a reminder e-mail will be send to the project poster every 2 weeks totally 3 times. After this no further e-mail should be sent. User Profiles: Each job poster has its own profile with all posted jobs statistics about their activity. Same for the bidders. See attached PDF for more details!
