This specific project is for a functional website prototype-- We need to set up a detailed auction website for general merchandise bidding. The merchandise database should be easily searchable and nicely categorized. The merchandise will be uploaded by us (the admins). Needs to have the ability for credit card/paypal payment processing. The successful completion of this prototype project should lead to the development of a large scale, fully customized web and mobile application system (which will be a subsequent project). We already have an interactive wireframe to use as a template. This is a fairly straightforward prototype project.
