Design with CMS Website (Education)

We are looking to build a CMS website with customized web responsive design and extension of CMS's member module to a customer(tutors) database Content Management System (CMS) a. The platform shall provide web content management capabilities to host rich, dynamic web sites. The rich editing controls and robust publishing infrastructure helps content owners to easily create, publish, and maintain content pages with appropriate controls over branding, page layout, and publishing approval. Preferably from the following open source PHP-based CMS: i. PyroCMS ii. Expression Engine iii. Drupal iv. Joomla v. Wordpress vi. or customized PHP proprietary CMS based Extension of CMS user / member module with additional Tutors Profile a. Developer should be able to extend the CMS's member/user module to link to Tutors Profile database for the following attributes but not limited to: i. Name ii. Age iii. Hourly Rates iv. Experience v. Teaching Subjects vi. Location More details can be disclose later. Requires NDA to be signed.
