Database Design

I am looking for a custom database design. I want a custom layout and looking to have multiple entries into the database. The database should be able to handle large amounts of data, and should allow me to add, modify, and delete entries. I have multiple things that need to be entered and will give more info upon accepting the job. I will provide all images, logos and text based on the section and how it should look/read. I want the feel of the site to be professional, and easy to navigate. Customers are able to login/create an account based on a ticket number i generate which will have the details of their computer. I have a domain and MySQL database ready for use on this job.
