Data extraction + generate emails script!

Hello coders, I need someone who is good at data extraction and do the following job: There is a video website that haves videos and allow comments. Video URL`s are in this format: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I need someone who can make a PHP script and extract some data from each video page. The info that I need to be extracted from each video website is: user id`s of people who commented on each video. So here is a example of the script that I want: I will put in a field, video ID`s: 001 002 003 004 The script must go to each video page and extract user ID`s from them and return me like this: Video 001 - User IDs: mikeuser Video 002 - User IDs: danieleuser, johnuser and so on! This is the first part that I need from the script, the second part is this: I want the script to generate emails from each User id like this example below: We will take example this Video 001: Video 001 - UserIds: mikeuser[at][login to view URL], mikeuser[at][login to view URL], mikeuser[at][login to view URL] So the script will generate emails from the extracted user ID`s!
