Data entry, Twitter bootstrap and Processwire projects

Need someone to do a project for me that knows or can quickly learn - Twitter Bootstrap and JQuery - ProcessWire CMS - Photoshop/AI - Understand PHP - Understand HTML5 and CSS3 - Do cross browser testing These websites will need to be coded in processwire and the themes will need to be designed using the twitter bootstrap html framework. You will need to create pages, set up contact forms or any other forms and add content to each page. Must be extremely reliable, in contact with me daily, can get the work done on time every time and can produce the highest quality possible. I need cleanly written HTML and CSS. Please understand that I wont tolerate any poor quality work. I run a business so I need dependable people who never waste my time. Will be around to help you learn some ProcessWire but otherwise I except you to know what you're doing and get it done when it needs to be completed. I also don't like getting billed hourly. Flat rate works best for me.
