I need a cultural website with flash or animated image on intro page ( user will select from English or French or can hit "SKIP" to skip and go to the default version which will be French. several articles has been backed up from previous website (.SLQ file) and we need articles extract and added to website. also management interface had to be user-friendly. website will include photo album and will have audio library . each article will include a "Comment' area
