Cubecart 5 modifications

Currently running cubecart 5 and require some modifications to site. The following items require changing: * change the category menu to display as navigation at the top of the page - reference site will be supplied * top of the page to display 3 boxes 1 to have the company logo and the other 2 to have images as required. Customer requires ability to change these images * scrolling image to be placed in main section of site below navigation bar and above welcome message - location of images to be supplied so they can be changed occasionally * background at top of webpage to match with main background already being used * simple setup of newsletter header and footer Payment will be as follows To start project milestone will be set modifications to be completed once these have been reviewed by customer and approved (this may take 8 - 12 days) payment will be released Final milestone will be set and any changes will need to be completed and approved before final payment is made all changes to be made on server. access will be supplied to the winning bid
