Create New Website Theme and Update Old Site

*Bids below $150 will only be accepted.* The project is to update an existing classified ad website's theme to a new one, created by you. The new website should look and perform similar to [login to view URL]'s ([login to view URL]). Also, the site's forms should be updated to be similar to AirBnB's, especially the browsing menu. The existing site is written in php, css, javascript, and html. The database is MySQL. The developed code needs to be W3C compliant and well commented. To give me an idea if you are a good candidate, please bid with: 1) a description, in your own words, what the goal of this project is, 2) details of how you plan on performing this task, and 3) a GUI mockup of this project (using screen shots, photoshop, or other graphics tools) For your reference, my site is similar to autotrader ([login to view URL]) and craigslist ([login to view URL]) in information captured from visitors and results displayed.
