I am looking for someone to recreate an existing website in static HTML built out using mostly CSS. Then once the website looks and works exactly like the original, I can change all the pictures, colors, and other info and links myself as I like. The website I want to re-create is: [login to view URL] including all the tabs and links etc. I want the website and fonts and sizes to be exactly like the original. I want the program to be as simple to update and change as possible. Difference from the original: Make the header, including the logo, and the footer into separate boxes, not part of the main body of the page. Make them "include files."
