Convert HTML Website to Wordpress & New Design

This is a basic website that needs conversion to Wordpress with New Design. Each page has photos and videos and text stories on the page as well. This includes being able to easily add/remove/change text, pictures, and videos. I would like to convert it to a Wordpress site so that it will be easier to manage. Right now, it has a lot of outdated info on it, and I need to be able to modify pictures and videos in the future, with ease. It seems the Wordpress would be easiest way to accomplish this. I am not looking to create a Blog site. I do not want to allow any users or visitors to post to my site, only posting by adminitrators. I am also open to improvements in the look and feel of the site, as long as everything is fully customizable in the future by a novice user.
