Component Modification Joomla (php expert)

Hi I have set up the following website with a hotel component from cms junkie [login to view URL] Currently when you search for a number of rooms using the search module it will display all the hotels even if the hotel does not have that many rooms available. I need someone to add to the search query so that if a hotel does not have as many rooms as the person requires is states this in the results page and in the hotel page. See images attached which show where I would like the line to appear (RED TEXT) From the images I have attached you can see that something similar happens if I have the availability of a hotel disabled in the back end. I just want a different line saying "There is not that many rooms available on your selected date" inserted in the same places if they search for a number of rooms and the hotel has less than that. I need this done straight away (TODAY) and I also would like to choose someone who is a php expert. If you think this will take you more than a few hours don't bid. So I know you have read the specification and understand it please write "Blue Ribbin" in your reply.
