Change WordPress Theme

We will build a corporate site with 7 - 9 pages with WordPress. We would like to change existing WordPress theme mainly, but we'd like you to do other tasks. We have a base theme already, but we would like to change pictures/images to suit for a specific customer. Not yet fixed though, the pages should be : Home, News (this is archive page of posts), service/product, policy, testimonial, company, contact. (If you count each news page, of course it could be hundreds of pages, but please don't consider it) We will use this (or very similar one) as a base theme. [login to view URL] Detail steps are as follows. - Download the newest Japanese WordPress (We will point where to download). - Install and configure Japanese WordPress to Japanese hosting server (interface may be in Japanese). - Protect with password to avoid public eye - Install and configure plug-ins. Some ones are with text/instruction only in Japanese - In very rare case, if any plug-ins do not work correctly, search alternatives or customize - Replace some newly created images with existing images - Change several parts of theme (only simple fixes, including CSS to use new H2/H3/bullet images) - Fill contents we provide (text in Japanese), 6 - 7 pages with valid (x)html/css. Design and format according to meanings of paragraphs.(We do not provide design for sub pages, but we provide where to break paragraphs). At least 1 image in one scroll screen is needed. Lacking images to insert should be searched from public domain sites or other photo shop sites including Japanese sites. - Set every basic thing for corporate site from permalink (%category%/%post%.html format), page title, each page title, description, keyword - Insert Google Map in company info page - Implement Google Analytics - Send [login to view URL] to Google Site Master Tool - Make sure Google Site Master Tool recognizes the site - Create a simple manual in English for subsequent 2nd and other projects (This is not for customer. This is for developer who will do the same thing as this project) - Make sure everything is correct with IE7-9/FF/Safari. This includes contact form which will submit Japanese characters. - Make it public Steps seems many, but things to do are very simple. What we will provide are: - Hosting server information - Theme - Top page design (Jpg) - New images - Some parts for H2, H3, bullets, and table. - Information for tags (page title, each page title, description, and keyword) - Google Account information Vietnamese provider is preferred. Basic Japanese skill is preferred. But it may be done with Google Translate. Communication will be in English, or Japanese if you like. Process is clear though, we want to communicate with IM such as Skype at first, to see each other's face. Please sign Non Disclosure Agreement before everything. We want to have long time relationship. We would like this first project to be "template work" for 2nd and subsequent same work projects that we will keep receiving. I believe this project's procedure is clear to follow (and it should be), but if you have any unclear part, we'll immediately let you know, or it would be great to hear your opinion or proposal to create clear workflow. Budget is not necessarily less than US$250, but please bit with explanation.
