CSS Template

This site is already designed (png) and needs to be sliced and all pages created using css. The structure is a portal page and then seven identically structured sites underneath. Each of the seven sites represents a different business, linked from the portal. The page structure is the same for each of the seven sites, using different colour scheme for each. We require a template and css for each of the seven sites. Need to have: - Portal page created - Seven different sites with all pages (not content) created (7 - 8 pages in each site) including mouseovers in nav bar - Some pages will be html, some php The site will have database integration at a later date, hence the requirement for php pages. CSS/HTML needs to be W3C validated and without tables Skilled programmer required, this is on a short timeframe.
