Building top notch adsense or affiliate based sites $25-$30

Hi, I am interested to build blog/content website generating 25-30/day. The area that interest me are travel,finance,shopping, health, entertainment, news etc. Any site built on this will be great. 1. The site have to generate at least 25-30 $ per day. 2. You have to use adsense friendly content (I have already an idea about the content but I'll discussed later with the chosen candidate). 3. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. 4. Provide overview plan before starting the project and show me similar projects you have already done. 5. content must be original (tested using premium copyscape) and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently.
