Build a website with pdfs scraped and embed functions

I am looking forward to develop a site where the pdf from the net are scraped from the web with various APIs and post to wordpress or any other CMS. Each such posted pdf should have a search engine friendly URL and a brief content associated with it for SEO and to provide value to the user. The pdfs should be programmed to be embedded into the single page and overall, the site should grow on auto pilot. I can show you example sites via PM.
