We need a coder to build a site which is similar to and duplicates the abilities of [login to view URL] without violating copyright laws. So you must now how to send and receive sms and email from a website. Also need to dress up the website with a nice skin so it is attractive and professional. It only will have a couple of functional commands. Send email, send SMS, check phone status, and send pictures. Thats it other than processing payments and letting the user control his own contact list with phone numbers and other contact information. That's just about it. Tae a look at [login to view URL] and use it as THE specs for this project. You pretty much choose the languages used. Need price to build, timeline to complete, and some links to other websites as similar to this as possible that you have built. I am an IP attorney so I can help assure it does not violate any copyrights or other IP rights. You will be required to sign an NDA before contract is awarded.
