Build a Website like prnewswire(dot)com

hi, we require a webapllication type system just similar to prnewswire(dot)com with all the features of backend not frontend, so what's the walkthrough is-> frontend-> just like a normal website showing features, about us, how it works etc etc (it will done totally by us) backend-> this is more like a webapplication n we want a team to make this for us just get an idea on what the site does actually, then we'll send u a video of backend of it's working in messages n then u will tell the plan/strategy u'll follow. what u have to do is, we'll send u video on ur email id of backend, then see that carefully, note down what u need like cms, apis etc. etc. make a project plan report in which u'll tell the time frame of project, cost. time-task completion schedule, the cms, api, plugins etc u'll use. m attaching a doc to get u know overview, after getting ur email ids, i'll send the video of backend work payment:- payment will only be through milestones, no paypal, no bank transfers or anything, just milestones. will create some parts which will b released after the job within that time(as per ur report) is done. important note: we r website desiign agency n this project is of our client n we'r making the front website only n hiring another agency who can build the backend webApp. So, we will forward all ur reports to our client n he'll select appropriate one.
