Auto Dealer Directory Script / Website / Design

I am wanting an auto dealer directory script coded in PHP, so I can have a fully-functional website which is SEO friendly. I have the auto dealer database in SQL dump format which I want you to work with. An example of a site similar to what I want is [login to view URL] The main requirements are as follows: 1) Complete and fully-functional US national auto dealer directory website. 2) The directory structure is to be in the format Home > State > City > Auto Dealer 3) Mod rewrite enabled so all pages are .html and contain keyword rich URL's. 4) Search functionality, so dealers can be found on the site by the following criteria: Zip Code, City, or Area Code. 5) Backend admin panel so I have the ability to add/edit/remove auto dealer details. 6) Functionality to show the location of the dealership using Yahoo Maps on the dealer listing pages, similar to how it works on [login to view URL] 7) Ability to add additional content, such as news feeds etc on each page.
