We are wanting help in designing a website that is simple in layout and can integrate online ordering (i.e. cart, etc) and allow user account creation, admin management, and ability to securely grant access to new videos that are uploaded to the site based upon the user account type. We need someone who can create some really quick and simple graphics to correspond to the layout. One of us is familiar with PHP, MySQL/SQL, HTML, but still needs help to build a website from scratch that can be made secure. Any suggestions on security and/or user management is appreciated. This is a startup, so the budget is very limited.
