Create vBulletin Scraping Tool

I currently have a program installed with my vBulletin message board. The program is called cScrape. Here is a link to the details of the program: [login to view URL] Since switching hosting providers, it no longer works anymore. I'm unable to scrape content from a website using their RSS feeds. The problem is NOT on my end as I've tried numerous hosting companies and every time I login to cScrape's admin panel to scrape material, I get an error message that it can't scrape material from the provided URL. I'm looking for someone to create a utility like this one that will allow me to scrape material from a vBulletin's RSS feed, and then have it post into my forum. If you think you can build something similar to cScrape for me like mentioned above, please post your bid. I will attach the code to the original program. Maybe you can modify it, fix it, etc. I am trying to scrape RSS urls from Howard Forums.
