Class Builder Tool for VS 7.0 Add-In (VB.NET)

I’m looking for someone who will develop Visual Studio Plug-In, which will do exactly the same as VB6 “Class Builder Tool?? and also incorporate some new functionality which will be discussed in private communications with developer. Language in which this tool must be written is VB6. Design of this application must be strongly object oriented, which will allow other people to extend it as well as comments must be provided. One of the requirements is ability to use this add-in over existing project. Parsing module will be provided separately (module which will parse VB.NET code). Programmer must have strong skills in VB6 and VB.NET ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform VB6 and VB.NET
